Used others before especially the free ones. However free doesn't mean free. Some of the free anti-virus products I used actually embedded a form of malware so I could never truly clean it off of my hardrive. The Webtoot has been flawless so far...

This is a great security product. Any questions or problems with installation or use and the company will handle it quickly and easily. I use it with 5 devices in my home and love it. Never had a problem and I will never use another security product.

I am so pleased with the patience and help I get from the squad. They make my silly questions seem important. They are hands on and make sure I can work my computer when I take it home from their tune-ups. So, mostly, they have all the answers!

Got this software when we got the computer. It was fairly easy to install and seem to do it's job without cause problems or using too much of the systems resources.

Umm so this product was a lil hit expensive but works well but I would recommend Norton to anyone who have Comcast xfintiy

I was hacked by 'Patrick' and his thieving buddies. Said my computer needed to be fixed by them only b/c 'they' were Microsoft people. Well that did not go over to good, had to go the the Geek Squad for help. This was a big help.

and was not a very intuitive instillation process, but it's nice to know I have a program running in the background to protect me without even noticing it.

I never uploaded it. It was something that came with a tablet so the four stars was because it was a free add-on.

I have used this on my new laptop and also on my new desktop. It is much faster and uses less resources than Norton Internet Security. Updates automatically and runs in background without knowing. So far it has caught 2 trojans and PUPs. Get it!

Geek Squad installed this for me recently and it has worked very well so far. I had it scan my files after a pop-up saying I had a virus, and my computer was safe. It is easy to manage. I gave 5 stars because I have no complaints at this point.

I ended up buying this again due to trying avast. Way more clunky and caused my system to bog down. Got this antivirus again and it helped a lot.

Can't say I'd recommend. I'm only being honest. It comes free with numerous electronic purchases. Hard to imagine it is as effective as a paid version.

I had never heard of Webroot until a geek-squad-guy told me that he thought it was the best Internet security available. And if you can't trust the geek-squad, who can you trust? So, I gave it a try, and I'm amazed at how well it works!

Simple to install. Easy to understand for the not so computer savvy. A nice feature is that you can load it on five devices, laptop, Android phone and tablet, and laptop. Wouldn't go without it. Been using it for 10 years.

This is optional with several laptops and Webroot is phenomenol in my opinion. This one product covers all spy ware and adware concerns. It is also nice as it allows you to protect 3 separate devices with the same Webroot security. 5 stars...

Was not aware that there was no software disc. The last time I did a full software upload was years ago. Just a code in a disc box seems silly.

Another anti-virus product. its ok, windows 10 has built-in protection now but you have to update it periodically.

Didn’t know I had this till it had almost ran out,, no one ever told me at check out. I’ve heard good things and if I would of known I probably wouldn’t had lost my PC I bought from viruses
