This software has protected my new computer from threats and does not slow down my machine (unlike some other antivirus software). It performs as expected.

Solid protection for your computer. There are many other options to get, but not always for the best price. Webroot does a good job at protecting my computer.

So far I updated this on my laptop and desktop computer. My desktop had some viruses on their due to other people using it. Once I uploaded the WEBROOT it cleared up everything, which was good for me. So far so good!!

nice antivirus for the laptoip and phone. it helps to remove all kind of virus from your laptop and its very easy to use.

I hope this product does what it is suppose to do...................seems to be doing as promised......not slowing the computer down as my old protection did

I guess this is something we have to have in todays world. I have not had any issues nor has this program effected the speed of my computer as some do.

The product was easy to download and install. The packaging could have been reduced by using a piece of cardboard with a label hiding the keycode.

Seems curious that I have to purchase this in order to get a Geek Squad membership. However, I have had no viruses in the 2 months I have owned it.

My new laptop came with a 6 month free subscription so I wasn't out of pocket. Program runs quietly in the background. Can't say for sure it has found any malware or Spyware, but I don't expect to get any by my Internet site choices either.

The program helped when I contacted the Geek squad when my computer went into Tablet mode. The Geek squad told me that the change to Tablet mode probably occurred during a Windows 10 update. The problem has not happened a second time.

I feel that this is an okay attempt at trying to make the anti virus but it isn't really user-friendly unless you really know what you're doing.

in this day and age, not really required because windows has its own defender. but for free? why not?

I have my preferences when using virus protector. Have not used it enough to make a decision about this yet.

I got this product free when I bought my alienware r5. It's a great product and it's not always in your face like other device security software I have used in the past. I know I got this free, but I would have definetly bought this product.

Can't complain when you don't have to buy Norton Anti-virus for a change even though Norton or any doesn't make me feel more secure anyway. Program works as good as needed unless you are working for a large security sensitive company.

This came with my new computer and Geek Squad plan. Never used this brand before, have always used Trendmicro. But decided to give it a shot. So far so good.

I've been using this product for 3 years now. Its always had my back and has protected my computer from viruses.

I previously used Kaspersky but it finally caused some problems with my computer and I was ready to purchase a new laptop. It came with a subscription to WebRoot. I like it much better as it is less intrusive but gets the job done.
