As with all anti virus programs, it is hard to know how effective it is until you have used it for awhile. So far it has been quite effective

I've had this software for several months and so far I've had no issues with any of my machines or tablet. Everytime I make a purchase or download it immediately checks the software and notifies me if it's safe. Love it!

All I know is that I have had no issues with security since I've had my PC. That's what a security package is supposed to do -- work without you even knowing you have it until a serious potential threat is identified and quarantined.

The product works well and does find most problems before they get worse. I like the alerts before you open a bad site and allows you to get rid of it .

I have use this product and I highly recommend this product to all of my friends and family. I have install this product all all three of my devices. All of people that have used this product have high ratings for the product.

I like this security subscription. It came free with the computer, but I most definitely would have purchased it on my own. I feel very protected on my laptop and I know its working behind the scenes to keep me and my laptop safe.

Both my husband and I use webroot and really like it. It doesn't slow down our computer, the scans are fast, and our computers have stayed protected! It is much better than antiviruses I have had in the past.

I like to know that what ever my kids are using the laptop no matter what website We are using it will be safe from any antivirus

I received this program free with a computer purchase. so far so good, only gave 4 star because its a new item and I have not used it that much

This one is need for every PC/Laptop. I prefer this should come with Laptop for free for at least 6 months. I would recommend this to Best Buy

First time using this product but I'm very pleased with the internet and computer protection. I would recommend as a change from the bigger known brands.

After my work computer got hacked I trusted the geek squad to check it out for Malware and other viruses. They highly recommended the webroot security to handle the everyday situations that you encounter when surfing the web,

It was recommended that I get this for my lap top. I guess if you need more protection for your computer this would b what to get.

Got this bundled with HP; would not have selected webroot otherwise. No real preference, just make sure you are using a legitimate anti-virus program.

I've been a computer user for 12 years now and it gives me great joy to know that I am protected when browsing the web, making purchases and payments, etc. Webroot is done a fine job and I would recommend this product.

After the free trail service I was bombard with all kinds of notifications. Not sure I’d recommend to anyone.

The Geek Squad was supposed to upload the program onto my laptop but didn't. So when I tried to figure it out on my own I couldn't and ended up having to go back to the Geek Squad and have them do it because I couldn't figure it out.
