Had a malware infection on my family Windows laptop that required a wipe and rebuild. Purchased this product as part of a new defense strategy aimed at preventing the same problem from happening again. Works as advertised, with minimal problems.

This plan works out for the best for me as a back up for all the web sites I go to. I do not have to worry as much as I use to. I highly recommend this one to all.

I got this when I bought my surface as an included item from best buy. No issues installing it and hoping it will be better than the included defender on windows.

Came with purchase of a laptop at Best Buy but has certainly done the job in keeping me protected without slowing down my computer. Would highly recommend!

This was a grab what I need and run item. I just felt better adding the security to my new phone was main reason and this was well reviewed and rest is history.

Installation was easy of the Webroot security software. However, the creation of a Webroot account was complicated, requiring multiple complex passwords which will be forgotten, and when I received the confirmation email to then access, the link led me to a weberror. Unnecessarily complicated to me it seems. The real test is protection, so for that I understand they are good and we shall see. I am hopeful.

works well for protection and easy to install, because it was free with computer purchase I had on my crashed computer so was given a refund on the old one

I purchased this software when I bought a new computer as I think every computer needs to be protected. I have not really had the computer long enough to know how this software performs but it was recommended and to date have not had any issues.

We root internet security came free with my new computer. I am very pleased with the protection I have received. It was also simple to set up.

Geek squad recommended and installed webroot for me. It does not seem to slow me down as I go about my business. It did indeed stop me from mistakenly going to a bad site, giving me prompt warning, understandable explanation of the risks, and recommendation. So far so good. I like it better than other antivirus I have used in the past. If I had more experience with it I could probably give it the full 5 stars.

Best price was the price. FULL VERSION for free for 6 months. Easy installation. Hoping it catches malware/ viruses / etc. So far, it is good.

I had always used Kaspersky's for antivirus protection but now that I've tried Webroot, I think I will be switching! Webroot, at least for me, seemed to find & prevent more malware from infecting my system than Kaspersky's. Try, you'll like it!

This is my 3rd year using this product and I would highly recommend it, It gives adequate warnings when there is a security issue and delivers a quick removal of the threat. You should back up you hard drive no matter what the circumstance.

can't beat free. it actually only lasted 6 months, not 1 year, but I ended up purchasing the full version after the free trial ended. seems to do a decent job.
