Loved that I could buy for my wife's new laptop get it put on two additional computers in my home. Very worthwhile for the budget minded.

Webroot does NOT slow down my computers and it does watch for and stop all the insidious, nasty and sneaky little tidbits trying to invade my systems. Also love the help I receive from Geek Squad.

I have had different security applications for my devices, this one was given as part of a computer purchase package. I had no issues while using it, and had no issues with Hardware or viruses.

The software works great. The security software I had prior to Webroot was always popping up messages when it was doing its routines/checks and was a real nuisance. Webroot goes about its work without interrupting you.

Given for free . Nobody uses disk anymore and most devices don’t have the ability to read them

This is a reliable software. It protects your PC form dangerous websites and malicious information. I won't decrease your PC speed, not your internet surfing speed. Really useful and good. Get it now and wont regret!!!

On my last laptop, I had Webroot and liked it. I wanted it on my new Lenovo Yoga laptop also. I did not consider any other security system.

I guess there's a learning curve to it but I prefer Norton to Webroot. The Geek Squad tech said it was better than Norton. Norton is provided free with Xfinity, Webroot comes with computer purchase from Best Buy. I was used to Norton and liked its features, most likely I'll go back to it. I'd take it if I didn't have access to another security program, beyond that, other mainsteam security programs provide the necessary protection.

I did not know about web root and when I got it found out it works great the staff at best buy was very help full keep up the good work

Purchased about 5 years ago with my first laptop and, thanks to this program, my computer has been running smoothly since day 1. Purchased a new laptop recently and just had to get this antivirus again.

I have this protection for over 2 years on another PC and has always been great. Had bad experiences with Norton and Kaspersky in the past and absolutely no issues ever with Web Root. Does not bog down your system!

Purchased along with a new laptop and used the extra subscriptions (up to three devices) to cover some other laptops. Reasonable price.

Webroot is a pretty good antivirus and lightweight on the computer resources. It does the job and gets good reviews in AV review sites.

The Kaspersky AV seem to really slow down my older computer. The salesman at BB recommended Webroot for my new computer, which has a SSD. So far the new computer boots up quickly and the Webroot scans are very quick.

I had trouble finding a way to link it to my existing account because the app kept giving an error or something, Can't recall now what exactly but I do remember spending a lot more time on the computer trying to get it all figured out and on the play store trying to make sure I had the right app installed etc. Way more time than I should have had to spend. I gave it a 3 because of the difficulty and i was being nice.
