Nothing negative so far, I do like that the green checkmark appears on the "safe" websites for the sites I generally use all the time.

I've been using this product since I purchased it back in December. My computer runs smoothly and no virus have been detected. I like that it does what its mean't to do without me having to manually doing it.

Had some trouble installing, but geek squad walked me through it and now I feel secure that my surface pro is protected

This product comes free with the purchase of a computer from Best Buy. It's a "good enough" antivirus software for the day to day user.

I have used the Geek Squad for several years to maintain my pc's. They always use Webroot to check for viruses. It is reassuring to know that this program is always running in the background. Never had a problem.

It does your basic diagnostic of computer and check ups. Good product if you don’t want to spend lots on security.

Since we have been using Webroot we have experienced NO interruptions to our computers and have always been protected from all forms of viruses and malware. Works great on my windows computers.

This is a good product for protecting up to 3 devices. I was able to download and install in minutes on my 3 devices. Always scanning for viruses! Good to know the protection is working!

This is currently the new and best anti virus software out that Best Buy are selling, most of there products come with it or at least recommended, it is fast and I have no viruses yet that I know of, would recommend

this should have been told to me that it expired when I renewed my geek squad very disappointed that I needed to spend the extra money

I have used webroot off and on for more than a decade and it has never let me down. It uses a cloud based scanning engine so that you always have the latest virus definitions, very important!
