I have used a free version of Avast for years but got this with a new laptop and I really like it so far. Does it's scan behind the scenes and dosent get in the way of what I'm working on

It does what a virus scanner should do. Not like the other big brand names. This does not clutter up your computer

So, no viruses or snake or whatever may get on the computer due to hackers, so, works as advertised so far...

Everything seems good so far. I have It installed on my windows 7 PC, and my friend has it installed on his windows 10 PC. It found 1 infection on my PC that avast did not find.

Since it's runs in the background I don't know if it's catching anything or not. I assume it's doing it's job. I like that it is cloud based and doesn't take up extra space on my tablet.
