I have used other internet security and anti-virus products -- and battled with them as they slowed down my computer, or popped up dozens of times as I worked and otherwise made me very aware of the program's presence. Most annoying. Webroot, on the other hand, seems to take care of everything and work quietly and efficiently in the background. It's there when I need it. It doesn't interfere with how my computer functions, and it doesn't demand attention. I haven't had any security problems since installing it.

I took my laptop to Best Buy to fix an issue and Webroot came with the package I bought to fix and protect my laptop. I didn't think it was necessary, but took it anyway and I've really liked having it since then. It gives me peace of mind to see the reports on the health of my computer. I also like that it pre-checks websites for potential threats before you click on them from a Google search. Other products do the same thing, but I've been told by multiple sources that this product is more user-friendly than other similar products.

I just had this product installed by Geek Squad, so I don't know how effective it will be, but it came recommended, so I'm hoping I have no issues.

Don't know much about cyber security. It would be great if the product gives details of all that it does and how it compares with it's competitors

I reveived this for free when I upgraded my phone. I already have internet security so I didn't need this.

I have mainly used Norton & McAfee products earlier, this is my first time experience of using Webroot Internet Security, just because it came free with the device. Easy installation, good user interaction. Overall satisfied customer experience so far.

Needed to update internet security for home laptop. Went to Best Buy, they recommended WebRoot. Purchased program... next day at work checked with IT Department and they use the same commercial use program for three offices.

Love this product. Super easy to install. I now have piece of mind that my computer is protected. Worth the dollars.

I just recently started using it last month as I bought my new laptop and so far it works pretty good. The installation was quick and easy. Reviews literally every website that comes up when searching. It works pretty quick !

Never heard of the product but, for $20.00 when bundled with the computer purchase it was a "no-brainer".

Webroot is perfect internet security. Provides complete protection without overloading the system. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

We had a problem with our new computer and they gave this too us for wasting ours we had purchased it wasnt the full 3 years or whatever so we didnt use it waste of time Love webroot though when u get the full use of it

I attempted to peel the label off the back to expose the key and a portion of the key came off. I have been unable to use due to not being able to read a portion of the key. Is there a different way one can obtain the key?

I was skeptical when Webroot was suggested when buying a previous laptop, and delayed installing it because I already had Internet Security from another company that had not expired. It was also very good, but it consumed quite a bit of the RAM resources, and resulted in slow operational speeds. When I did install Webroot, it discovered several things that the previous system had overlooked and my system speed improved greatly. I had that laptop for over 10 years (!) and had only one 'scare' while using Webroot.
