I didn't know if it was loaded or not for few days. Was frustrating. Kept asking me to download again and again.

Anti virus software is important to keeping your computer safe. This is a pretty standard version that works fine.

Usually, we have had a lot of issues with viruses in the past, but so far we have had none since using Webroot. I really appreciate that it can be installed on multiple devices.

HAD this before on 3 machines and have it again on the new Computer does the job and does NOT take up room on the Computer like too many of the software programs do. LIKE IT

No problems or viruses, etc. Did get a message onscreen saying there was a loading issue, but seems to be working.

Over the years I have used many different internet securities, but I have used Webroot for the past 4 years and nothing seems to get through and infects my computer using it.

I've only had this new computer with WEBROOT security for about a month. So far, so good, but probably way to soon to say. Ask me in a year from now if I've had any viruses or attacks.

Still have some troubles with viruses and malware coming through but it seems to work better than Norton.

Good product for free when I purchased new phones. Good to have extra protection. Can be used for multiple devices.

Pretty good software for security of your computer and any other devices. I was happy to know that Best Buy included it with my purchase to make sure my devices were protected.

I don't know what to expect from it. Use this protection for the first time. So far, it keeps my computer safe.

This has good reviews from a functionality perspective, but I really like how quiet the product is. It doesn't randomly let me know it is doing something like some of the other products

I love the new Webroot that the Geek Squad added to my laptop. I also love that I was able to add this great product to two more of my computers. I love Best Buy and My Geek Squad!

This anti virus is very strong and performance friendly. Does not take a lot of your memory yet is very effective

It works for what it is... it's not the best anti-virus software out there, but it not the worst either.

I did not get my full year. I was offer only six months for this product

I had always used a different security program and decided to switch when I ran into a few problems especially with a simple renewal!. Been very happy with it so far. Very user friendly.

Was included with the purchase of my desktop mac. Have not had any security issues so far, so seems to be working.
