The software don't seen to enter-fear with the programs that I'm currently using. Scans quickly. You might be forced to load some programs first, and the the Webroot. software afterwards.

I get notifications of any spam or virus trying to entering my computer and keeps it running smooth

My new laptop came with it on the Geek Squad's recommendation, and i am grateful for it. It has stopped a couple of "iffy" downloads and caught questionable apps a few times. Love it.

This is by far the best and most user friendly security software I've owned. Accurate scans and detections and identity theft protection make this an all around great purchase.

Webroot has been my go to internet protection for years. So far, it has protected me every time I've had an issue. I have not had good luck with the BEST BUY branded versions though.

When it comes to internet protection, Webroot is the best product on the market in my opinion. Try it, you'll like it!

Now there is much software for security internet. This software is not bad, depends on what you need to do.

Great security and a ton of options to help keep your computer working at an optimal level. Good on you Best Buy to include this with a computer purchase. Keep it up.

I still seem to be getting notices that say that there is a problem with a program in the computer, and encouraging me to call some phone number , supposedly associated with Microsoft, and when I call the number, I am asked for a series of numbers, and then told that for a price, my computer will be cleaned of a harmful virus. Happened twice since I purchased my new computer.

Works great in the box. Computer came with security and I haven't opened or installed. Bought full insurance with computer, so why have two security programs fight each other?

So far this software has behaved flawlessly and works in the background most of the time. You don't know it's there, but it is working constantly to protect my computer and privacy.

Well, free is free. Installed this and i believe it does its job.

Not the most expensive item but not the cheapest either. It does a good job and seems to have good protection.
