This product did require significant installation, the downside experienced. However, the installing squad members were very assistful and the service has properly functioned

I still seem to be getting notices that say that there is a problem with a program in the computer, and encouraging me to call some phone number , supposedly associated with Microsoft, and when I call the number, I am asked for a series of numbers, and then told that for a price, my computer will be cleaned of a harmful virus. Happened twice since I purchased my new computer.

Good to have for starters better to have something than none at all. It's really you get your bang for your buck

Webroot has been my go to internet protection for years. So far, it has protected me every time I've had an issue. I have not had good luck with the BEST BUY branded versions though.

very happy to have this this as I do feel safer knowing this is always updating and do not have to worry about any virus that may happen if I accidently hit the wrong bottom.

So far this software has behaved flawlessly and works in the background most of the time. You don't know it's there, but it is working constantly to protect my computer and privacy.

Norton protection expired and unable to renew at a reasonable price, so trying this for the first time!

This software seemed to work well. There was some slowing of my computer but seemed to block bad sites.
