I got this to replace the web security software that came on my computer. Hands down the best I have had yet

Great free generic option to start off with. Light, doesn't slow my pc down.

This security program seems to work very well. Scans my computers regularly and has eliminated threats quickly.

this came highly recommended from the support team at Best Buy. I was using AVG, and got a virus. So, no more AVG. So far, no issues with this program, and I sure hope its working!

I'm not sure how I feel about this one. It works fine but it is different than my previous antivirus program.

I guess it works. I cannot find the icon and it never shows me when it checks for viruses or does anything.

Don’t see a whole lot of difference between this and the other security suites. Will update later.

I have always used Norton antivirus, although that is great this new webroot is a powerful antivirus.

Bought my little cousin a lap top and this is a lifesaving because he loves to download random things.

Received this for free with my desktop purchase. Have not installed yet. But for free it can't be all that bad!

Webroot is fast and does a good job. My computer runs so much faster with this software compared to what I had.

Usually Mac's don't get viruses but I have gotten a few in the past so I installed Webroot and so far so good. Does not slow the computer down and it appears to be working!

it will only last a brief period of te and then you have to pay a hefty amount to keep your computer protected! to be honest if a major companies like Yahoo and Apple get hacked and Governments too, a simple tool like this will prevent someone from hacking my little brain, especially am not a tech guy. sorry this is what i feel about protection softwares, i dont trust them

As an anti-virus software, Webroot has a decent reputation. I installed it on my wife's laptop and she kept complaining about all the pop-ups from them which covered what she was trying to do, and disrupted her work, so I tried to uninstall it, but it wasn't easy to do. Now she doesn't have it anymore, but still gets messages asking her to re-install it. Not good.

Haven't gotten any viruses with it so it must be doing something good, I like Norton a little better though

This is the easiest to install and use software maleware and virus software I've ever used. No arcane terms or keystrokes to learn, it just loads and runs. Highly recommended!

The 6 month trial of Webroot came with the HP laptop that I purchased 2 weeks ago and So far I have no complaints. My family and I normally use McAfee but so far I am liking Webroot

I love this defense system. It does not slow my computer down and it runs nonstop. It catches everything and stops it immediately before it can do any harm to my computer.
