The Geek Squad installed this antivirus program for me when I picked up my new computer. I have not had any problems with viruses since I have had this program.

I did not need this product, as it came with my computer for free. But they have sent me reminders to activate it, I just already am happy with my current product,.

It was included in my purchase so it was good at least it was free.

Web root was free with the purchase of my computer or I would have went with Norton.

I’ve had web root for 3yrs and love it! That’s why I bought web root antivirus software for my wife’s laptop for 2yrs. Her laptop runs like it’ brand new again!

Great malware software. I installed it on my new laptop and my old one before tranfering my documents. It found some malware that the previous antivirus didn't see.

not sure, just know i would never go without anti-virus protection or a service plan for a laptop

This software came with a laptop that I purchased at Best Buy. Seems to work well for what I needed.

I use this on my home computer and purchased for Church computer recently purchased. I like how it works quietly in the background and only gives notifications as needed.

Got free software with new PC. Installed easily. No issues so far.

For the price this is unbeatable! You can protect up to three different devices including your cell phone and we all know with all crazy stuff out there you need it!

The Geek Squad installed it for me, I've not had any problems since then. The price for it was well worth keeping my data safe. I'll come to Geek Squad from now on!!!

We use Webroot at my company. It scans quick and doesn't slow down our computers during virus scans. Other Antivirus programs impact performance whenever a scan runs.

I was given this free by Best Buy when I purchased a notebook. Had much trouble with the notebook and ended up having Best Buy set it up. Got it home and it worked great. I loaded Webroot, everything seemed to worked well until next morning when I turned notebook on. The whole system died and I returned it to Best Buy--so not sure what to say about Webroot.

No disk.. just a barcode. It was easy to set up and install. That’s all that really matters!

Got this when a tablet was purchased. You have to further subscribe to continue the service once the time frame runs out. Overall it's a good product.
