All I can say is that my tech guy uses this program in his business & says it’s very good.

I was given this free by Best Buy when I purchased a notebook. Had much trouble with the notebook and ended up having Best Buy set it up. Got it home and it worked great. I loaded Webroot, everything seemed to worked well until next morning when I turned notebook on. The whole system died and I returned it to Best Buy--so not sure what to say about Webroot.

it does its job, good product, light and easy to install

Webroot doesn't pop up every ten seconds notifying me of something like others do. It just runs in the background and only speaks up when there is a problem.

this works fine, have had no problems but do need separate malware protection

I bought this for my laptop and so far it works, I do not have any problem with my laptop, webroot works the way it promises.

well, it does it’s job, got it since kaspersky “was not available” at that time, it works

Spent a good amount of money to get this for a new computer and I'm pleasantly surprised. Easy to set up and no viruses and it's almost been a year.

Because it was free it is worth it not much else is worth it

This is the 2nd time I have purchased the Web - Root. It does the job like other programs but when you have this program it's much easier for the Geek Squad to help.

I purchased the program and the Geek Squad installed it for me at the store, everytime I turn on my laptop it says it is not installed, refer to Geek Squad for renewal.

Love that I barely know this added security is there. Did not slow anything down a bit and doesn't have constant pop ups like virus protection I've had in the past.

No issues loading software and very pleased with background scanning process and PROTECTION!

The program gets the nasty little tag on from the internet off my computer and saves me paying for those total wipes to get the stuff I don't notice off.

Paying one price for three computers is a piece of mind I like having. This has stopped even the federal virus that locks your computer, saying you must pay to reopen it.

When attempting to install I ran into a few problems - but - I contact the help center & they guided me threw the entire installation! Very thankful for the help center!
