Did not clean up my computer

After calling Geek Squad and spending about 2 hours and 20 minutes on the ph. and still no resolution I retired at midnight. A couple of days later I again called and spent about one hour. My problem, which I was told was fixed, was no better. The next call was to ask a simple question that required a YES or NO answer. I asked 3 times to give me a yes or no answer. They proceeded to set up to take over my computer and I told them goodbye that the other two times they had taken it over the problem was not resolved. There's another $200.00 down the drain. [My grandson came by and I asked him to take a look at my computer. In less than two (2) minutes it was up and running and I have had no problems since. Don
