    Glad Best Buys sent me a keycode to install because the one on the box failed to work. Before I got the keycode from Best Buys, I'd contacted Webroot and got a reply saying they were unable to find the keycode in their system. Moreover, reading the keycode offered on the box was very difficult to read.
