terrible to install

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Came home in the evening to install this on our new laptop, my husband got a popup box that he couldn't get out of, so he called the number on the screen, he was told it would cost us $200 to get it fixed and had to be done immediately!! I told him it was a scam to hang up on them which he told them NO and she was very pushy saying we would have to repay the $ we paid the next day to get the antivirus reactivated. He brought computer and antivirus back to Best Buy which they fixed for us at no charge. Best Buy did say they should have told us that when that popup box comes up you can X out of it, this is definitely something we should have been told!!
