    Fine with product, not activation. Purchased laptop came with Norton trial period. Product was activated on purchase...unless I read it wrong I lost the Norton Trial period or part of the total yr subscription to the product.

    This was a little tough to figure if it installed correctly. After I finished I continued to receive emails telling me to download and install. Went through the process again. Seems to be functioning. Could use a lot more direction.
