It might be a little too early to tell. But The Webroot internet security software appears to be similar to other competitors in the market.

I really don't understand the point of having a 3rd party virus/malware program especially if you aren't accessing suspicious websites. Windows Defender has come a long way and it pretty secure at this point, it also uses less resources than Webroot without giving me 3257498347 different notifications every two days that it's time to scan my system. Webroot definitely isn't needed under macOS as there aren't as many malicious programs for macOS and you really have to go out of your way to access them. Webroot also isn't needed on an Android phone. It only bogs the phone down and makes it near unusable because it will automatically download anything that's downloaded. Downloading an app and app updates takes forever because the software has to scan them first. I'm downloading apps from Amazon or Google, ones that I know are safe. I'm also not clicking links to weird, unknown websites on my phone. I made the mistake of setting this up on my MacBook Pro, Surface Pro 4, and Google Pixel Plus. I used it on each system for about 30 minutes before uninstalling it completely. Thanks but no thanks, I'll stick to using the stuff that's built into my systems. I've been doing that for 6 years and have never had an issue. Good thing this is included as a free trial from Best Buy and can be ignored.

Maybe too soon for a review. Given that this is the first time using this antivirus sw. Will only know how good it is over time.

Received it for free with a computer purchase No real need to use it if you already have a years subscription to another service such as norton

Great to test different things that is on the market but only thing is more ways to spend money when your operating system all ready has it

I'm sure Webroot is a good antivirus; however, I accidentally uninstalled it when another antivirus kept telling me it was going to expire.

I didn't download this security program yet. I'm scared to download any security systems onto my computer for fear that it may give me a virus.

I don't use this product even tho it was free. I've heard they cause more problems than they fix. I use Windows defender and it works great

Well pretty much from the time it was installed I had issues, I've called Geeksquad 11 times and would never purchase this product again.

I haven't been able to download this product since I have purchased the new Surface notebook 2

So, received this as add-on bonus with new laptop PC. Haven't installed it because it is a CD and new laptop doesn't have an optical drive!

This security software still allows the worst viruses to get into the computer systems. This needs to be corrected or else it is worthless.

Didn't want this, but it was forced on my when I bought a different product. Didn't want it, didn't need it and am not going to use it.

I gave this software a try, but actually I prefer Norton Security and Antivirus software. Mainly because it is easier to use!

came well-packaged with computer purchase. I wasn't sure how to install it as the computer I got didn't have a CD drive. No complaints however

I actually never intended to buy this but I’m guessing when I bought my computer whoever added it on there and now it’s worth it

I've called the Geek Squad with a question on this item and they were very willing to help me. This will be a beneficial addition to my laptop

Can't really provide a knowledgeable review because my son has declined to install the software, choosing to rely on Microsoft's defender.
