It was installed by the Geek Squad when they set the comluter up. Within 3 days mycomputer was infected by malware. I returned to the store and left the computer for several days while it was wiped and the software reinstalled. I was without a computer during that time which was troubling because I'm disabled and use it for many of my needs including a life line.
