So two stars because if I wanted it I would have installed it, and now I associate the product with a bit of negativity. Beyond that, I am more familiar with and use other (similar) products.

Not what i expected

The chrome extensions and password manager we glitchy (I never was even able to use the password manager, despite reaching out to tech support). It also doesn't scan email, which I honestly might have known if I did a little research before buying. I uninstalled and ended up going with something different.
