I’ve used Webroot for three years. It was initially included in the Best Buy Total-tech program which I subscribe to annually. Great program…by the way! This year I had to purchase it separately but at a reduced price due to my Total-tech membership. This software stays in the background and does not slow my computer down. And the full price when you don’t have the membership is much more reasonable than other antivirus software programs. This software also covers installation on 3 computers which is perfect for our needs.

I like BestBuy! They cover all the electronics I purchased from them; if I have a question or concern, they are a chat or phone call away. Being a Total member is totally worth it. It's a little pricey, but the great part is you don't need to go look for a person outside of BestBuy to fix any issue, hoping they don't scam you—it's not worth the headache. Also, their Webroot security is on point. Thanks, BestBuy you rock:)

This Software just hangs out in the background and you don’t even notice that it’s installed — once it’s installed and the schedule is set, it is set it and forget it — you get noticeable green checkmarks next to the site listings verifying they are secure and ok to click on — it does its thing according to your schedule in about a minute and compares your files to listings on their server so no need for constant database updates — I run this Software simultaneously with other System Maintenance software with no issues — last I was aware, if you purchase from Best Buy you call their Geek Squad Tech Support for assistance

I was new to this brand- recommened by Bet buy employee- When I got a new computer home my Grandson- who would know- said it was a very good choice.

Great product. You have to have an Anti-virus on your computers. I do need to know how to install it on my other computers. I definitely would recommend it to anyone.

My Laptop was hacked a few months after I purchased it. Thank goodness I purchased it from Best Buy, and I remembered that BB had a Geek Squad. Yes, Geek Squad removed the hack in short order, and this event moved me to purchase a year's membership with Geek Squad. Because I had questions about navigating my new PC, I returned to Geek Squad for help. I was confused about Virus Protection offers, and a GS associate recommended WebRoot. Because I trust GS, I accepted the recommendation and I have not regretted the purchase; I have had no more hacks, and I have peace of mind. Thank you Best Buy Geek Squad!

Forget McAfee or any other Internet Security with Antivirus Protection. Within the Webroot software is privacy protection, anti-phishing, and a solid web protection to prevent malicious threats to your system. The price is right and you have the option to add other devices to your protection that you need and deserve. Get Webroot and relax.
