    My purchase of Geek Squad (GS) coverage was well worth it! My laptop was hacked and all my HD files were wiped out. Fortunately, I had a Cloud backup service and was able to retrieve all my files and apps. In addition, my wife and my computers are covered by GS service for a year, and with remote access capability.

    My first time on a subscription for anti-virus. They went ahead & installed. Has been ok so far. Hasn't interfered with anything since using it. Is not disruptive. Was considering Norton Anti-Virus but friend said seems like they keep tacking on stuff where it gets more & more expensive. Webroot seems easier.
