    The Geek Squad installed Webroot internet security with antivirus protection on both new computers we purchased from Best Buy. There was a small fee for the software but it is worth feeling safe while using the computers.

    The salesperson quickly installed Webroot with no instruction on how to use it. He rushed through giving me back my computer without answering any questions. He was terrible! I have no idea if Webroot is working on my computer.
