    After purchasing this with my new iPad, I learned from a consultant at the Apple store that protection is already built in to the iPad and that loading other virus protection product could actually do more harm than good. Therefore, I did not load this product.

    Although I paid for Webroot again this year, it doesn't work correctly. At least once a day, if not twice, my computer shows a screen that says: "Your subscription to Webroot SecureAnywhere has expired." It won't let me do anything until I click "renew" . I hope that I am not being charged the yearly fee every time I click "renew".
