I was never told this and purchased at full price. Later I found out from a Geek Squad rep that I should have gotten it at half price. They help me cancel and reinstall a new Webroot for half price. This should not have happened. Very disappointed. Caused quite a hassle and wouldn't have known this unless I was getting a computer cleanup and asked questions of the tech. Very poor on Best Buy

Terrible experience

He rushed through giving me back my computer without answering any questions. He was terrible! I have no idea if Webroot is working on my computer.
