    Webroot keeps telling me to "UPDATE KEYCODE". I have done what it tells me to do and it doesn't change anything. I have had 2 from the Geek Squad work on it and I still get the same message.

    Not particularly impressed with it. Unlike some I used in the past, it doesn't appear to have a schedule of scans to ensure no problems. Not that easy to respond when It does find a potential problem. Not worth an auto renewal.

    Fast, and doesn't take up a lot of memory. A pleasant surprise for the price compared to the competition. I wish I'd found out about it sooner...

    Always used Kaspersky for computer protection. After govt was recommending everyone not to use Kaspersky, looked online for recommendations. webroot was highly recommended. Purchased online at BestBuy, easy download and set up!
