    I am very disappointed dealing with Geek Squad. My laptop needed some work so i took it in to the Las Cruces geek squad. Taked with Jesus. He told me yhey only worked on software issues. He instructed that it had to be shipped to the tech center. I asked him if my personal file would be touched. He indicated that my persol files would remain intact. I trusted his judgement and it was shipped. Upon return i discovered alll my personal files disappeared!!! What a heart break!! They even took my Microsoft Word, Excel, and Acronis Backup software was gone forever. I will NEVER return to Geek Squad AGAIN
