    Purchased this plan & scheduled an inhouse appt to do any configuring on my computer. Laptop & printer. But the tech got the workorder to remove viruses only. So thats all that was done.

    Tried to load this onto my Iphone, what a nightmare going back and forth with WRoot customer service; try this, try that, try, try, try.... Not a single one thought to tell me that you need to create a NEW account DIFFERENT than your online account for the antivirus. Good grief.
