I wanted the following features: (1) Very easy to use (2) Basic but necessary protection and reporting features (3) Great price I did not want: (1) Complex loading and operating procedures (2) Bells and whistles I couldn't and wouldn't use (3) Constant stream of ads on "free" products

BestBuy selected this product for me and, so far, my computer is free of viruses. However, I don't know what role -- if any -- WebRoot has in making this accomplishment possible.
