"Webroot" expires every day!

At least once a day, if not twice, my computer shows a screen that says: "Your subscription to Webroot SecureAnywhere has expired." It won't let me do anything until I click "renew" . I hope that I am not being charged the yearly fee every time I click "renew".

Called customer service they weren't able to help so went to store and made purchase, now can't install.
