I have been using this security webroot for a long time and it is worth the money

This software unfortunately had a significant negative impact on my computer's performance. It slowed things down considerably, to the point where the system would become unresponsive for extended periods, sometimes lasting several minutes. This made it very difficult to use my computer effectively. Removing the software also proved to be more challenging than expected. I ended up needing assistance from Geek Squad to ensure all aspects of the program were fully uninstalled, and they were very helpful in resolving the issue.

Hard to tell if this webroot is really doing me any good or not. However, is the only antivirus/security I have, so I hope it is!

I am a repeat customer with Webroot. Love it! I would recommend this product.

The price was reasonable and it was downloaded in a reasonable timeframe.

Recommend by the professionals from geek squad but it’s not working at all and keep asking for more subscriptions

I fonot know how it helos me but i know i need it. I keep getting notices to upgrade or buy when I have already done so. Right niw I have not received pest announcements

My Laptop was hacked! The hackers were able to get into my banking accounts and deplete them all. It all started when I called Best Buy, because I had two Total Tech Service account. I was calling to cancel 1 of them. The hacker somehow intercepted my call, acted like Geek Squad and deplete monies out of every bank account. I need a stronger Security product. I would welcome a call from Beat Buy Management. To discuss this situation, and make them aware of two "Major Situations" one with Best Buy, the other with Geek Squad. I have purchased every electronic device from Best Buy: Laptop, Microwave, Stove, Dishwasher, Washing Machine and Dryer. I would like to speak with the highest level of management. I have been not taken seriously by the local store managers. I'm trying to help Best Buy and Geek Squad. Two issues, someone intercepted my call to Best But, I verified the number an hour later and this time it was with Best Buy, proving it was not a spoof email, secondly it took 9 days for geek squad to reload with a factory reset. I went to the Geek Squad 7 of the 8 days, because they said it was ready, "The Laptop was not operational during these times. I want the opportunity to discuss this with the Highest Level of "BEST BUY" management. I want to share with BEST BUY and GEEK SQUAD Management ASAP. I'm trying to help, but local management will not take this up the Management, they say it's my fault.

Didn't catch the virus that attacked my computer but my other did caught it and it didn't wreck my computer.

I went into the store today to have some one help me put this òn my laptop and they asked me if i had an appountment this new pollicy sucks.

Don’t have a remote person work on your computer.I did and my computer that was slow to boot up is now not working at all. It was 2 ye ars old nd had all my finances, email, games etc.on it. Who is going to compensate me for that.

Does not do everything I was hoping for. Doesn't resolve all ad issues.
