Good antivirus laptop i recommend it. Good option.

I didn't think I would have to add more functions, which equals paying more money. I want protection. I can't make any clearer.

THIS IS MY FIRST TIME USING WEBROOT I'M TRYING TO GIVE IT TIME

TV continues to hour glass (circling). On most apps. I returned one tv and purchased the same one. Thought the first is defective. All other tvs in home work but this has the circling and tv has to be rebooted constantly or forced to watch another app. Frustrating junk smart tv!

I’ve used webroot in the past for MAC, and it’s never been my favorite. We only bought it for the cheap bundle price. It gets the job done, but if you want something long term choose something else.

Returned! #1. Couldn’t bring my computer to the store, #2. Don’t understand computer stuff. #3. Was disappointed to have waisted my time.

It was my understanding that web root was included

This is not about the product. This is about the service from Best Buy. I spent two hours trying to buy this. Passed back and forth. First call, I said please call me next week and I will get the money in my house account. So, we made an appointment for Thursday. No one called. Then the next call was just total confusion. It should be an easy thing. It was not.

Very easy to install, had no issues and it was up and running in a few minutes.

My computer has lost so much because geek Squad didn't recover it. The tech at corporate wasn't interested in helping and disconnected the call after downloading the probe drivers. He didn't even set printer up! Norton was somehow installed, also, but he ignored this and many other problems.

Ok just use what is in windows 11 it was all they needed.

This would not install correctly on my newly purchased computer. I spent an hour and a half with the geek squad techs and they finally just removed it from my computer

Seems ok. I had hackers try to get in. Ddidnt stop them. Had to call Geek Squad to get help. Had to pat 500.00 for securitty.

The sales guy told me with that protection plan they also help with other electronics equipment and will come to your home for free if i needed with home electronics. Totally a lie when i called to help with a home electronics they said there would be a 79.00 charge. After asking him personally he said the company making some changes in the past few weeks. I said they should inform the sales staff about the changes and wow 2 weeks. Also they want you to make an appointment even when there not busy and no other customers are at the counter. I told my neighbors about there policy change after i just recommended best buys the week before. They thanked me and will not be signing up
