Not worth the money I paid for it my laptop still slow. I feel like I wasted my money on a product that don’t work.

I purchased Malwarebytes online but I have not received a refund for the Webroot I can't use. My problem is not with WEBROOT BUT WITH BESTBUY!!!

Inadequate to non-existent protection

Updated it and ran it every day, and wasn't good enough to catch the malware I tripped over soon after purchase, which caused a WHOLE lot of problems. The subscription auto-renews, which means I have to watch out for the renewal date. Will not in future even allow for free installment. Don't even bother with this.
