I quickly got rid of Trend Micro for its failure to protect against phishing scams. Webroot is the next best thing in internet security antivirus protection!

Webroot just takes care of it.

I did try Mcaffee for a year and they kept trying to tell me how I wasn't protected and then attempt to sell me more protection. Webroot just takes care of things and i don't have to worry.

Finally working after many attempts to fix it

It took your geek squad agents 2 months to correct the problem. The final steps in correctling the problem was when I insisted that the agent remove the software and reinstall it so it would work. and it finally did after 2 months of disgusting calls I had to make.

It's a plus that when we had computer problems the Geek Squad was able to solve problems quicker since we had Webroot.
