complicated not easy for me to install. i do not recommend

The program was a little difficult to get installed, but works fine once that was accomplished. I have had this security program for several years and the annual renewal this year was a total pain as the keycode Best Buy provided did not work and I spent over an hour on the phone with Best Buy agents to try and get it resolved...unsuccessfully!! I ended up having to totally cancel my annual renewal and completely by a new subscription to finally get it working on my laptop. The (lack of) quality assistance on the phone was extremely frustrating.

This Webroot Internet Security with Antivirus runs continuously while online with no slowdowns or glitches. Ladies and gents I've had them all with the ease of downloading and the operation being unnoticeable, although you are able to call it up anytime to check status or run an extra scan. Webroot gives me peace of mind.

I didn't give webroot to much thought untill I didn't have it. Omgosh did that make a difference! Right away I made sure I was enrolled again with webroot. I am again safe!

When I purchased my computer several years ago, I was assured that Windows would provide all the virus protection I needed, so I dropped my subscription. Unfortunately, that wasn't true, so I purchased a new subscription. it did wonders for my computer's speed and eliminated nearly all the annoying pop-up's that I had been dealing with. I recommend it highly!

The Culver City Best Buy staff member Sterling did a first rate job in helping me purchase and activate Webroot. I thought I had a virus. He was able to help me understand what was really going on with my computer. He fixed it and helped me get Webroot so that I could have Antivirus protection.
