    First of all, I want to thank the Geek Squad for getting my computer out of a very serious hacking job. They suggested that I install Webroot Antivirus. I have not had any more intrusions in my life. I feel pretty safe and I appreciate the service.

    We like the protection but the auto renewal didn’t work this year so the protection lapsed. We did not get a notification and just luckily noticed the issue when we looked closely at a scan report. To renew, we had to go through an elaborate, time consuming process. Like we had never had the coverage. Not a good experience. This was not caused by a credit card change or email change. No explanation was provided.
