Your company has excellent products and service. My only complaint is when calling Best Buy ....I always don't get a person on the phone that understands what i am asking about. Im sure im not the only person with that same complaint.

I have been using Webroot for a few years now. I have found that they came in handy. They also have come to my rescue more than just once. When I really needed help Webroot was there. They not just helped me out. But did in in a way that showed the people showed they really cared. The people that i talked to were always respectful, and polite. I was always treated like a valued customer of Webroot. Thank you so much.

I experienced many problems with the download of another AntiVirus program on my new laptop in my work environment with its many firewalls. The Geek Squad Assistant suggested to return to using Webroot since I had used it without one difficulty for the 8 years with the previous laptop. I think that record stands for itself as one from a remarkable product which protected my device from virus harm for 8 straight years of daily laptop use. That's AWESOME!

I like Webroot. I don’t get any annoying advertisements telling me I need to buy more protection for my computer. The advertisements were really annoying when they were popping up when I was working on the computer, and I would have to stop working and close them down. Another benefit I didn’t expect when I installed Webroot on my computer, is it runs a lot faster. With the old virus protection gone the computer comes right on line.

Seems to work great and provide the protection I need! I had a Geek Squad associate install it. It was $25 upfront price, and after 1 year it will expire and automatically renew for a price of $50. Not a fan of that, might switch to a cheaper option when that happens. But so far I like it and it works well!

So far, so good! Webroot is running quietly in the background and keeping my PC and laptop safe. You can click on it anytime to see the protection it is giving on your device, but it will never pop up while you are trying to work! I will certainly renew my Webroot protection when it is time to do so.
