    Acquiring WEBROOT was done after a discussion with an associate who spoke to us at the time of our purchase of a new desktop tower. We had, for some time previously, purchased protective plans with seemingly endless add-ons at high cost. WEBROOT is providing us the protection we need for our personal applications.     I filled this out a month ago! Best Buy's Geek Squad (phone, out of the country) made the mistake of deleting my Webroot off my computer, The Geek Squad at the Mayfield store in Mayfield, Ohio, nickname -"The Governor" help me get it put back on and explained my membership! He is the one who should receive the Excellent Overall Rating! Thank you Mayfield store , because I have been coming there since IT OPENED!!!! Teena Mitchell (Copeland...back to Mitchell!
