I have found that they came in handy. They also have come to my rescue more than just once. When I really needed help Webroot was there. They not just helped me out. But did in in a way that showed the people showed they really cared. The people that i talked to were always respectful, and polite. I was always treated like a valued customer of Webroot. Thank you so much.

Geek Squad Saves the Day!

I had a virus on my hard drive and they were able to get all of my files back for me. I had let my virus protection expire - dumb of me. I had hundreds of scanned old family photos which I would have died if I lost. They saved the day! Thank you Geek Squad.

Super Reliable AntiVirus Program

The Geek Squad Assistant suggested to return to using Webroot since I had used it without one difficulty for the 8 years with the previous laptop. I think that record stands for itself as one from a remarkable product which protected my device from virus harm for 8 straight years of daily laptop use. That's AWESOME!
