It was unclear and confusing. The agent I worked with was very knowledgeable. He was very patient and helpful explaining the programing to me. I felt that I understood that he did not show a condecending attitude toward me. He was friendly and helpful.

It does not burden me as a computer user/o we ner with ads and push for more services to purchase, as numerous other A-V s/w does.

The first person I was able to reach to help with the install was not helpfull at all. The next day, I was able to get someone that was able to help me to successfully install the product. She was easier to work with and capable.

In this day and age you just don't know who is standing behind you wanting to take your information, money, and credit. With Web Root I feel safer.
