Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH WEBROOT SECURITY FOR MANY YEARS; HOWEVER, I WAS DISAPPOINTED WHEN BEST BUY TOOK WEBROOT OFF OF THE INCLUDED ITEMS WHEN I PURCHASED MY NEWEST COMPUTER, AND I NOW HAVE TO RENEW THIS PROGRAM EVERY YEAR IN ADDITION TO MY BEST BUY TOTAL MEMBERSHIP PACKAGE.

Not easily installed, better train the helpers

The first person I was able to reach to help with the install was not helpfull at all. The next day, I was able to get someone that was able to help me to successfully install the product. She was easier to work with and capable.

It does not burden me as a computer user/o we ner with ads and push for more services to purchase, as numerous other A-V s/w does.
