My computer was having issues with popups, and slowing down. I took it into Geek Squard, Encinitas. They did a fantastic job getting rid of the junk and installing Webroot. I have had several different virus protections over the years, this seems to be the most efficent.

Good easy to use don’t need anything else great tool

Started with the idea of buying a 2023 copy of the current software that I have been using for the past 10+ years but decided to talk with the Geek Squad to see what they were using and recommending. Based on their recommendation I decided to purchase Webroot. It was easy to install and to set up on my laptop. I worked with the Geek Squad to set up a couple of the more advanced features - completed over the phone and with providing them with access to my computer. The product is doing a great job of protecting the system and alerting me to potential problems and risky sites. Highly recommend this product.

One of my favorite things about it is the detailed security data it provides—it gives me clear insight into what’s happening on my computer and the protection it’s putting in place.
