Started with the idea of buying a 2023 copy of the current software that I have been using for the past 10+ years but decided to talk with the Geek Squad to see what they were using and recommending. Based on their recommendation I decided to purchase Webroot. It was easy to install and to set up on my laptop. I worked with the Geek Squad to set up a couple of the more advanced features - completed over the phone and with providing them with access to my computer. The product is doing a great job of protecting the system and alerting me to potential problems and risky sites. Highly recommend this product.

Got a great price (50% off) at Best Buy when I bought my new computer. I had to call geek squad for something and they told me Webroot said I too many old files that needed to be deleted. Eveything works real fast now.

Webroot security software is very effective in preventing viruses from my computer. There are no performance issues caused by webroot.

My computer picked up a virus and suddenly went haywire. Took it into the Geek Squad who cleaned it, restored my files, and installed Webroot. That fixed the problem and I’ve had no further virus issues. Well worth the money!

I don't know if it is great or not. I haven't had any problems with Webroot. For myself, that's good news. I've used it to update drivers on my laptop,which was wiped completely due to malware. I had to start with Windows 11.

I was told earlier by a Tech Support technician that I didn't really need Webroot Antivirus but when I mentioned that later to another technician, he said that was not true and helped me get the Webroot protection. I feel that my computer is now safely protected from viruses and malware.

I feel safer having my computer protected with Webroot. Easy installation and set the schedule to scan as often as you’d like. Once it’s installed - you’ll get an annual notice to continue the subscription. So easy and worth every cent to feel safer on my computer.
