I Have never used this product but was recommended, by an expert so thought give it a shot. I have use McAfee and and the other popular antivirus through the years and both of these I got hacked pretty bad. Hopefully this one will be much better, thus far - all good

Helps block virus. Installed at Best Buy by the Geek squad on wife's computer.

Seems to work well and is seamless with system. Checks a new drive in seconds. Contract is up this month and will renew. Worth it for the feeling of comfort :-)

With webroot internet security with antivirus I feel fully protected from scams and hacks. I found the option of buying and installing it on line very convenient. I'm not at all techie so the phone technical help from a Best Buy employee was very helpful.

Best Buy offered an excellent alternative to be able to continue to use my current laptop. By purchasing the recommended product, they were able upgrade, cleaned up and add protection for my computer. All affordable and needed. I am super satisfied with the quality, price and service!

I have only had the Webroot for a few month. So far I have been very satisfied with the security protection. I thank the people from Best Buy in Kokomo for telling me about this program and downloading it on my new computer.

Went into BB cause I thought I got hacked. Tech on site helped me and settled my nerves and informed me of the WEBROOT. After listening to her I decided to get it and now I run it every day even though it does the check on its own every 24 hrs. She was so full of great information and really calmed me down.

Acquiring WEBROOT was done after a discussion with an associate who spoke to us at the time of our purchase of a new desktop tower. We had, for some time previously, purchased protective plans with seemingly endless add-ons at high cost. WEBROOT is providing us the protection we need for our personal applications. Unsure of if it actually helps or not, but it does the job I suppose. It does occasional scans, but has not detected anything in the past years. My laptop still runs a little slow; I wish it had the capacity to streamline the laptop on top of keeping it safe from viruses and spyware. Again, I’m no pro, but I suppose not having experienced any viruses means this package is working. I bought it for the price this time around.

My old protection plan was no longer going to be available, so I went over to my local Best Buy to ask for assistance. Webroot was in turn downloaded to three devices that I brought in. Of course seeing that Webroot is a product that they endorse, I can see why Best Buy would promote the product. But bottom line, Webroot does the job for a good price so whatever, works for me.

I feel safe using my Dell Laptop. Don't have to worry about threats or viruses attacking my laptop.
