Anti-virus program runs in the background. No issues with it.

Good product. Bought w new computer and Geek Squad installed for us and gave me code to put on my other computer.

Excellent protection, but it had to be installed in person in the store. I had a 2nd computer in another location, and had to bring that one in later to get it installed there -- the service wouldn't transfer from one to the other, though my data does. This was the only drawback.

The Technologist are great, they really know their business. With the exception the last time I was in, I had to remind them 3-4 different times of my issues, seems no one was listening, or maybe it was myself not understanding how things worked. All of my issues were solved

This item was really a great find. It works really well and we appreciate it.

As far as I know it delivers what it promises. I am not very tech savy so I do struggle with how it works sometimes. I don't think it is very user friendly for senior citizens. But it has kept my computer up and running so no complaints there.

Unsure of if it actually helps or not, but it does the job I suppose. It does occasional scans, but has not detected anything in the past years. My laptop still runs a little slow; I wish it had the capacity to streamline the laptop on top of keeping it safe from viruses and spyware. Again, I’m no pro, but I suppose not having experienced any viruses means this package is working. I bought it for the price this time around.

I love how comprehensive Webroot is; it makes me feel that our computers are completely secure. Great price, too, which, lets face it, in this economy, is also very important, and a contributing factor when deciding which security product to purchase.

Went into BB cause I thought I got hacked. Tech on site helped me and settled my nerves and informed me of the WEBROOT. After listening to her I decided to get it and now I run it every day even though it does the check on its own every 24 hrs. She was so full of great information and really calmed me down.
