    I was unaware that had a renewal subscription from the previous purchase and that it was installed on my laptop. So, I visited Best Buy and purchased a yearly subscription unaware that I had the automatic renewal. After attempting to install I received a renewal bill from Webroot. I then went back to Customer Service at Best Buy and they gave me a refund on the purchase Webroot Please inform customers that have auto renewals well ahead of it's expiration date and cost so they don't have to deal what I had to do

    So far it is working well. I like it because it is unobtrusive. I have used Norton for many years, and I was ready for a change. I just bought a new HP computer, and it seemed like a good time to change.

    I have always used this service for protection without any incidents of failure on its part. BB does the transaction and keeps track of the yearly renewal. Piece of cake.

    I only install Webroot. I believe in the product and it's constant virus protection. It gives me updates after every scan. Let's me know if any viruses are found, how my system is running. Try it. I did and i love it.
