    Working well. My laptop has no virus. The vlueof the product greatly out weighs the low purchse price. Prior programs I used allowed viruses to sneak through causing severe damage. I highly recommend Webroot.

    I trust the opinions of the Geek Squad and their recommendation of Webroot. But I did not appreciate the scary message alert that popped up in the middle of my composing a Word Document. There was no advance warning my web security was expiring in X number of days. And the wording of the warning message was dire and scary.

    I really don't know about technical things. I just followed GEEK Squad's advice to use Webroot when my McAfee expired. I'm assuming it is a ggod product.

    One part of your operation does not know what another section can be doing. I continued to be importuned to renew my old WebRoot account after this new one was opened. I think my new one could also have been given at a reduced rate. I also like to do transactions over a counter, when I have to go on-line.
