The Technologist are great, they really know their business. With the exception the last time I was in, I had to remind them 3-4 different times of my issues, seems no one was listening, or maybe it was myself not understanding how things worked. All of my issues were solved

I trust the opinions of the Geek Squad and their recommendation of Webroot. But I did not appreciate the scary message alert that popped up in the middle of my composing a Word Document. There was no advance warning my web security was expiring in X number of days. And the wording of the warning message was dire and scary.

I have been using WebRoot for about 6 weeks and have been happy with the results. I had BestBuy do the install which was a bonus. A good choice for a good product.

I only have had this for about a month, it replaced Norton Anti-virus. It seems to be working as expected.
