    everyone was helpful. I was suppose to be called when it was ready but that didnt happen either time so I made extra trips. but otherwise I was really happy with anyone who helped me in the store.

    I like that it has a set schedule when to run, but I can run a virus scan whenever I want. I like the fact that if I have issues, I know I can reach out to Best Buy as my first point of contact. Still trying to figure out how to scan a thumb drive.
