They advised me that the geek squad and the security product are now separate and I should have received a memo. I asked the gentleman ( supervisor) if I could speak to someone as I thought my system was hacked and very assertively advised me that I WILL HAVE AN APPOINTMENT BEFORE I CAN SEE OR TALK WITH ANYONE. I had no idea that I did not have security any longer. I did receive a call from the geek squad asking me if I wanted to renew and I said yes. No mention at that time that it was no longer an all inclusive product. I purchased web root and had it installed, however, it did not work correctly so I made a second appointment and that representative let me know it was not installed in my computer. The previous representative made 3 attempts to install and it never did (he was new). The 2nd rep installed the product and showed me how it worked. He was very thorough and made sure all my questions were answered. I appreciate that I was able to see someone who understood what I needed and how to fix it. I was so excited to join the geek squad in 2021, however, I do not share the same enthusiasm today.
